XSwoop Shorts Standard

Customize your suit by choosing colors*, fabrics, and options. After placing the order you will be contacted for shipping details and an invoice of the remaining shipping fees will be included.

*Designs with more than 4 colors will incur a $75 fee per extra color. After placing the order this fee will be added to the invoice. By clicking the "Start" button below you agree to these terms.

1. LEAD TIMES are listed on the home page.
2. RUSH SERVICES are not available when orders have SPECIALTY ARTWORK, as artwork can add an extra 2 weeks.
3. Standard Rush completes the order in half of the lead time, ex. 6-7 week lead time with a standard rush = completed order in 3-4 weeks.
4. Double Rush = completed order in half the standard rush, no less than 2-3 weeks.
5. Rush services are only charged once availablility is confirmed.

A standard seam in the center of the seat.

This pocket is located at the hips, just below the waistband and is unsecured. For a secured pocket, please choose the Cargo Pocket.

The shorts are made to the inseam measurements provided.

The competition seat moves the center seam to the outsides of the seat, reducing the amount of wear on the seam.

This also includes a Cordura Extension down the back of the thigh, to protect it during sliding.

The shorts have a little extra room added to the upper leg measurement, to account for the adjustment of the leg straps on a skydiving harness.

On a slim form, the waist is a couple inches above the belly button.

On a large form, the waist should measure around the largest part of the stomach, usually on, or below, the belly button.

Resist the temptation to suck in your stomach.

Measure around the area where you would wear a belt.

MEASURING the Upper Hip Circumference *New

A horizontal measurment at the top of the hip bones.

Lower Hip and Buttocks Circumference

Remove everything from the pockets. Measure at the widest point of the hips and buttocks.

Tip: it is easier to see the widest point when standing from the side. Take a few measurements to find the widest point, but be sure the tape isn't as far down as the thighs. This is generally about 7 inches below the waistline.

MEASURING the Top of Thigh Circumference

Holding the measuring tape parallel to the ground, measure the circumference of the highest point of the thigh.

MEASURING the Mid-Thigh Circumference *New

Keep the tape parallel to the ground.

Measure halfway between the upper thigh and the knee.

MEASURING the Upper Knee Circumference, 90 degree bend

Raise the knee up to a 90 degree angle.

Measure above the kneecap, around the base of the thigh.

MEASURING the Upper Knee Circumference, straight leg *New

Standing with no bend in the knees, hold the tape parallel to the ground, and measure the circumference of the upper knee, just above the kneecap.

MEASURING the Mid-Knee Circumference, straight leg *New

Standing with no bend in the knees, hold the tape parallel to the ground, and measure the circumference of the mid-knee, centered to the kneecap.

MEASURING the Calf Circumference

Measuring tip for those with large calf muscles,

Lifting the heel will engage the calf muscle. Stand with the toe on the edge of a surface and lift the heel.

MEASURING the Lower Torso, from waistband

How high do you want your pants to go up your torso?

This measurement is from the top of the waistband passing the tape measure between the legs, over the crotch, and back up to the waistband at the back. Press the measuring tape against the body curves, without being too tight.

TIP: wear pants or shorts that are an example of how you want these to fit.

MEASURING the Crotch Length, from waist *New

A measurement from front of the waist to the back of the waist, passing the tape measure between the legs, and over the crotch.

MEASURING the Length of Lower Body, from Waist to floor *New

A vertical measurement from the side of the waist, along the body, to the floor. Wear shoes.

NEW: Press the tape measure against the leg.

Stand with feet hip width apart and shoulders over the hips.

Hold the tape measure against the center of the crotch, where all seams intersect. Measure along the leg to the TOP of the knee.

Even though you are ordering shorts, we still need this measurement.

NEW: Press the tape measure against the leg.

Stand with feet hip width apart, and shoulders over the hips.

Hold the tape measure against the center of the crotch, where all seams intersect. Measure along the leg to the floor, wearing shoes.

MEASURING for the Length of Shorts, from Crotch to Hem

This will be the desired length of shorts.

Tip: the harness of a container will pull the shorts up by about 2-3 inches.
